CP Vietnam makes its mark in the ASEAN region with two prestigious awards

Recently, CP Vietnam Livestock Joint Stock Company (CPV) was honored with two prestigious awards: Top 10 ASEAN Green Growth Brands and the company's General Director, Mr. Pawalit Ua-Amornwanit, received the ASEAN Outstanding Leader 2025 award.

On August 16, 2025, at Orchard Hotel, Singapore, the program "ASEAN Economic Forum 2025" and the 6th ASEAN Award 2025 announcement ceremony took place, organized by the Central Association for Research on Economic Development Cooperation Vietnam - ASEAN in coordination with Thoi Dai Magazine.

The program is held once a year to introduce, praise and honor the great contributions of the business community and enterprises in the cause of building and developing a sustainable ASEAN community. This is also an opportunity for business people and enterprises to meet, exchange and connect, and strengthen international cooperation.

This year's event was attended by representatives of management units, economic experts, large enterprises, and prestigious brands from Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Laos, etc.

At this year’s ceremony, CP Vietnam Livestock Joint Stock Company (CPV) was honored with two prestigious awards: Top 10 ASEAN Green Growth Brands and the company’s General Director, Mr. Pawalit Ua-Amornwanit, received the ASEAN Outstanding Leader 2025 award, affirming its pioneering position in sustainable development and innovation in the region.

Being nominated to the Top 10 ASEAN Green Growth Brands is a testament to CP Vietnam’s sustainable development strategy and community responsibility. CPV was recognized for many practical actions, including:

Closed production value chain: Applying the model "From farm to kitchen" with international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, GLOBAL GAP, BRC, and BAP. The company has also been honored many times with the National Quality Award (VNQA) and successfully applied the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) management system to optimize productivity and product quality.

Investing in the green economy: Increasing investment in renewable energy, circular economy and waste management.

Strong environmental commitments: Completely eliminate coal use from 2021, plant 1.5 million trees by 2025 and commit to achieving net zero emissions by 2050.

Pioneering in responsible production: Partnering with Packaging Recycling Alliance Vietnam (PRO Vietnam) to promote the circular economy model.

Mr. Pawalit Ua-Amornwanit was honored to receive the "ASEAN Outstanding Leader 2025" Award.

In particular, the award “Outstanding ASEAN Leader 2025” was presented to Mr. Pawalit Ua-Amornwanit - General Director of CP Vietnam. The award is a recognition of the stature, courage and spirit of serving the community of a modern leader.
