Real estate projects eligible for buying, selling and transferring in Binh Thuan

According to the Department of Construction, currently in the province there are commercial housing and social housing projects that fully meet the procedures and are eligible for sale and transfer.

Specifically, regarding commercial housing projects, through statistical review up to now, in the province there are 9 projects eligible to transfer land to people to build their own houses and 3 projects eligible to sell future housing. Of which, in Phan Thiet City there are 2 projects: Phan Thiet coastal tourism urban area, Tan Viet Phat commercial service and residential center; Ham Thuan Bac District has 4 projects: Rang Dong residential area, An Phuoc Reverside residential area; Nam An Eco Town residential area and Ham Thang - Ham Liem small industrial - commercial - service residential area (phase 1); La Gi Town 1 project: Dau Tam residential area; Duc Linh District 2 projects: Bong Vai residential area, Nam Ha residential area. In addition, there are 3 projects eligible to sell future housing in the city. Phan Thiet: Urban tourism service area, Phu Hai residential area, Hill Villas luxury villa area.

Regarding social housing projects and housing for workers, there are 2 projects eligible to sell future housing: Phu Thinh social housing apartment complex project in Phan Thiet City; Social housing project for workers in Ham Kiem 1 Industrial Park and 1 project in operation (Social housing apartment complex in Phu Tai Ward, Phan Thiet City).
