Ministry of Finance donates to support people to overcome the consequences of storm No. 10

On the afternoon of October 3, the Ministry of Finance launched a fundraising campaign to support people in overcoming the consequences of storm No. 10.

Leaders of the Ministry, units under the Ministry of Finance , organizations and unions representing cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of the Ministry of Finance participated in the support.

The amount of money raised at the launching ceremony is estimated at about 1.5 billion VND.

Faced with the heavy loss of life and property in many provinces and cities in the Central and Northwestern regions caused by storm No. 10, promoting the tradition of solidarity and the spirit of "mutual love", the Office of the Ministry of Finance has called on all cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the entire industry to support and assist people in disaster-stricken areas.

This is not only a humanitarian gesture but also demonstrates social responsibility and spirit of serving the people - qualities required of a Finance officer.

The Ministry's Office also requested units under the Ministry of Finance and mass organizations in the industry to proactively launch donations in appropriate forms; ensuring practicality, efficiency, publicity, transparency and transferring to the right subjects and purposes in the shortest time.
