On the morning of October 7, Tuoi Tre reporters were present at the Xuan Thanh Service and Housing Construction Investment Project (at Xuan Thanh Tourist Area, Tien Dien Commune, Ha Tinh) and witnessed many villas collapsed due to storm Bualoi.
