At the same time, the driver, Ms. Dang Thi Ngoc Yen (32 years old, residing in Tan Huong commune, Dong Thap province) signaled for help, drove forward and pulled into the emergency lane.
Getting out of the car, Ms. Yen hurriedly asked the traffic police to clear the way to take a pregnant woman with lack of oxygen, threatened miscarriage, gasping for breath, in very critical condition to the nearest hospital for emergency treatment.
Traffic police said that on weekends, traffic on the route is very heavy. If no assistance is received, it will be too late and could endanger the mother and child.
