CapitaLand Development announces Lumi Hanoi luxury apartment project

*CapitaLand Development (CLD) announced a luxury apartment project called Lumi Hanoi, located in a prime location in the West of Hanoi .*

The Lumi Hanoi project is located in a well-planned area in the West of Hanoi and is adjacent to a variety of amenities such as parks, schools, shopping centers, medical facilities and the new administrative center. Residents can easily travel to the Lumi Hanoi project via Thang Long Avenue and it only takes 20 minutes to drive to the central district of Hanoi, and 40 minutes to drive to Noi Bai International Airport. In the future, traffic connections will also become more convenient when Metro lines 5, 6 and 7 come into operation.

The Lumi Hanoi project is being implemented in several phases and provides approximately 4,000 apartments in nine towers from 29 to 35 floors. There are many types of apartments, from one-bedroom apartments of 42m2 to four-bedroom apartments of 135m2. Duplexes and penthouses with areas of 115m2 and 410m2 will also be integrated into the project.
