The State Treasury informs the Directors of State Treasuries in the regions and Heads of State Treasury Transaction Offices about the dissemination and direction of the implementation of policies and regimes for retired people according to Decree No. 178/2025 of the Government .

The units directing the awareness of payment and disbursement of policies and regimes for subjects affected by the reorganization of the apparatus as prescribed in Decree No. 178 are a top priority political task, requiring priority leadership, direction and timely, effective implementation.

The State Treasuries of the regions urge budget-using units to urgently complete documents to send to the State Treasury and arrange civil servants to work on Saturdays and Sundays, ensuring that the payment and settlement work for subjects affected by the organizational arrangement according to regulations and at the request of budget-using units is completed before October 15.

Regional State Treasuries coordinate with commercial banks where State Treasuries open accounts to ensure smooth and timely payment to beneficiaries.
