New soldiers of Regiment 141 are confident on the summer training ground.

On the afternoon of May 17, being present at the three-explosion test field of Regiment 141, Division 312 (1st Corps), we clearly felt the confidence on the faces of the young soldiers of the regiment when they entered the "three-explosion" test practice. Each person was determined to achieve the highest results, contributing to the overall achievements of the entire regiment.

To train new soldiers with good results, Regiment 141 has done a good job of political education, thoroughly grasped the military work orders of the Commander of the 1st Corps, the training plan for phase 1-2023 of Division 312; directives, resolutions, and instructions from superiors, and built a sense of responsibility for officers and soldiers in performing their tasks. Developed and implemented a scientific and rigorous combat training plan, approved in accordance with regulations; organized strict training for officers at all levels, ensuring that 100% of officers participated in training before entering training, and the training of officers was carried out in a systematic manner, contributing to improving qualifications and capacity to meet the requirements of training tasks.

Lieutenant Colonel Phung Xuan Tung, Commander of Regiment 141, said: On the basis of doing well all preparations, the squads strictly maintain training work, organize training with correct and complete content, programs, plans, and high number of participants; register training results in a timely manner and in accordance with regulations.

In particular, leaders at all levels have promoted the role of cadres in monitoring and commanding units to organize training, promptly overcoming weaknesses and weak points right from the beginning. In this year's new soldier training program, with military training content, Regiment 141 focuses on training the following contents: AK submachine gun shooting lesson 1; grenade lesson 1; tactics on the topic "basic postures and movements in combat"; Team regulations for each person without a gun... Through inspection, all training contents meet the requirements or higher; checking initial physical fitness index according to instructions from above, the quality achieved is higher than the regulations.
