The stages of bringing raw materials, cutting frames, and installing glasses are all programmed by computer, thanks to which the product has precise parameters."

Applying technology to production is not only about upgrading machinery but also about upgrading the entire value chain: productivity, quality, brand, and management. When these factors resonate, competitiveness in the market will increase significantly, helping businesses stand firm and reach out to the international market.

According to Mr. Leon Xu, with automatic machines, the time to produce an eyeglass product is shortened to about 20 - 25 days; the automation stage alone takes only 1 minute and 15 seconds for the frame and frame. Thanks to that, production capacity increased from 80,000 - 100,000 products/month to 250,000 - 300,000 products/month. The warranty period for products leaving the factory also increased to 5 - 7 years, instead of 1 - 2 years as before, contributing to improving competitiveness in the market.
