Creditor stabbed debtor to death in Thanh Hoa

On the afternoon of June 16, information from Thanh Hoa Provincial Police said that professional units and local police are investigating a murder case that occurred in Dong Khe commune (Dong Son district).

According to initial information, the murder occurred at around 11:05 a.m. on June 16.

From December 2022 to present, Ms. Le Thi H. (36 years old, residing in Rung Thong town, Dong Son district) owes Le Huu Thuan (59 years old, residing in village 1 Tuyen Hoa, Dong Khe commune) about 650 million VND. Thuan has asked for money many times but Ms. H. has not paid.

On the morning of June 16, after the phone call, Ms. H. was taken to Thuan's house by her son. While talking, the two sides had a conflict, Thuan used a knife to stab Ms. H. to death, and Ms. H.'s son was injured.

After committing the crime, Thuan locked the door and intended to commit suicide, but was persuaded by the police to give up this idea.
