Kinhtedothi - On the afternoon of November 12, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh attended the National Great Unity Day at Residential Group No. 3, Tran Hung Dao Ward, Hoan Kiem District.

Effectively carry out emulation movements
At the festival, delegates and residents of Residential Group No. 3, Tran Hung Dao Ward reviewed the 94th anniversary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's Traditional Day and evaluated the activities of residential areas in recent times.
Ms. Bui Ngoc Dung - Head of the Front Committee of Residential Group No. 3 said that this is an opportunity to look back on the past year, the Residential Group has made many efforts, united together to effectively carry out emulation movements and campaigns. In particular, Residential Group No. 3 has well implemented the movement of All people unite to build a cultural life, registered to build a cultural family, and at the same time propagated and mobilized people to actively and effectively implement the "Code of conduct in public places" in Hanoi, and practice civility in "weddings", "funerals"...
Residential Group No. 3 also organized to collect people's opinions on the draft Residential Group Convention and specific, practical contents and measures to improve the quality of cultural life at the grassroots level in association with the contents of the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" and the key tasks of 2024. Thereby, there were many opinions highly appreciating the work of building cultural life at the grassroots level in 2024 and proposing some ideas to help build cultural life at the grassroots level in the coming time better. Residential Group No. 3 has completed the evaluation content. As a result, 235 households achieved the title of "cultural family" reaching a rate of 97%.
In particular, this is an area with many headquarters of state agencies and banks such as the headquarters of Hanoi City Police, Ministry of Transport , Education Publishing House, etc. The People's Protection Team and Veterans Association regularly exchange, coordinate, and support the Ward Police and functional forces in patrolling and controlling the area to have plans to ensure political security, social order and safety, and not to let passive, unexpected, and complicated situations arise regarding security and order.
Promoting the achieved results, overcoming the shortcomings and limitations, and at the same time closely following the direction and leadership of the Party Committee and the guidance of the Fatherland Front of the ward, in the coming time, the mass organizations and people of Residential Group No. 3 will unite and strive to excellently complete the tasks of 2025. In particular, Residential Group No. 3 will strengthen propaganda and mobilize all classes of people to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws. Grasping public opinion among the people, promptly making recommendations and resolving outstanding issues as soon as they arise, contributing to ensuring political security, order and social safety.
In addition, Residential Group No. 3 continues to mobilize cadres, party members and people to promote the spirit of solidarity, actively participate in humanitarian and charitable activities, well implement regulations on religious and belief activities, promote the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods"; practice a civilized lifestyle in weddings, funerals and festivals; Unite to help each other, build a clean and beautiful environment, clean houses, clean streets, and beautiful capital; Take care of education and community health care; Strive for 100% of residential groups to be cultural and over 95% of families to be cultural...
Arousing the spirit of solidarity and unity among the people
Sending his best regards and congratulations to the people of Residential Group No. 3, Tran Hung Dao Ward, Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh emphasized that the organization of the National Great Unity Day aims to review the glorious tradition of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, arouse the spirit of solidarity and cohesion of the people in the community. At the same time, evaluate the results of the implementation of campaigns and patriotic emulation movements; commend and honor outstanding collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in building the great national unity bloc in the residential community.
Over the past 20 years, the organization of the National Great Unity Day in residential areas has become a beautiful tradition, bringing the work of the Fatherland Front back to the community, towards each family and each citizen. For Hoan Kiem district, this year's National Great Unity Day has a special meaning as the district is the locality that successfully organized many important events in the series of events celebrating the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital, the 25th anniversary of the city being recognized by UNESCO as a "City for Peace". Thereby affirming the role and management capacity of the district's political system, at the same time showing the trust, support and consensus of Hoan Kiem people in implementing the common tasks of the city and the country.
Announcing some features of the economic, political and social situation of the capital, Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh affirmed that in the general achievements of the city, there is the responsible participation and active contribution of the people of Hoan Kiem district, the people of Tran Hung Dao ward and Residential Group No. 3.
To continue to make achievements to celebrate special events of 2025, strengthen the great national unity bloc, Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh requested the People of Residential Group No. 3, Tran Hung Dao Ward to continue to unite, be unanimous, and work together to build the Residential Group to develop more and more. Along with that, continue to strictly implement regulations on civilized lifestyle; preserve and promote the fine traditional cultural values of Thang Long - Hanoi with thousands of years of civilization and heroism; effectively implement the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas" and "Build elegant and civilized Hanoians".
In addition, Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh also requested Party committees and authorities at all levels to regularly pay attention to directing the work of the Fatherland Front, proactively coordinate, and create favorable conditions for the activities of the Fatherland Front, in order to mobilize all resources, contributing to ensuring social security and sustainable development of the Capital.
At the program, leaders of Hanoi City and Hoan Kiem District presented gifts from Hanoi City to outstanding residential groups and individuals in the emulation movement. Residential Group No. 3 also commended and rewarded outstanding cultural groups, individuals and families who have made many contributions to building the residential community.
