Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee delegates the right to sanction administrative violations to Vice Chairmen

On June 25, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Phan Van Mai signed a decision to assign the authority to handle administrative violations to Vice Chairmen of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.

Accordingly, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Duong Ngoc Hai is assigned the authority to sanction administrative violations, apply measures to prevent and ensure the handling of administrative violations in state management activities regarding national defense, security, internal affairs; judicial administration; ethnicity, religion; fire prevention and fighting; and rescue.

Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Vo Van Hoan is assigned the authority to sanction administrative violations, apply measures to prevent and ensure the handling of administrative violations in state management activities in industrial and supporting industries; agriculture and rural development; irrigation, flood and storm prevention, natural disasters and search and rescue.

Along with that is the sanctioning of violations in the economic sector with foreign investment; private economic sector, business registration, post-registration enterprise management; collective economy, state-owned enterprises.

Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Bui Xuan Cuong is assigned the authority to sanction administrative violations, apply measures to prevent and ensure the handling of administrative violations in state management activities on traffic safety; planning, architecture, management, urban development; construction; land, natural resources and environment management; traffic, transportation; water supply and drainage; and housing management.

Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Nguyen Van Dung is assigned the authority to sanction administrative violations, apply measures to prevent and ensure the handling of administrative violations in state management activities regarding investment, public investment planning; finance, budget; trade, services, tourism ; public asset management; securities; insurance; banking; customs; treasury; and tax.

Vice Chairwoman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Tran Thi Dieu Thuy is assigned the authority to sanction administrative violations, apply preventive measures and ensure the handling of administrative violations in state management activities in the following areas: healthcare; education, training and vocational training; culture, physical education and sports; labor - war invalids and social affairs; food hygiene and safety; post, telecommunications, information technology; publishing, press; inter-sectoral inspection work of culture and society.
