Package 4.9, construction started in October 2024. According to the signed contract, this package will be completed in June 2026. However, to ensure synchronous completion with the entire project according to the Prime Minister 's request to shorten the progress, the package's progress has been adjusted and the construction part will basically be completed before December 19, 2025.
