Born and raised in Meo Vac, Mr. Long witnessed the hardships and hardships of his fellow countrymen, especially in health care. That inspired him to nurture the dream of becoming a doctor to bring health to the people.

In 2014, after graduating from Thai Binh University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Mr. Long returned to his hometown to contribute. Constantly improving his knowledge, in 2019, he continued to study for a specialist degree in surgery. Just one year later, he successfully applied laparoscopic abdominal surgery techniques such as: Suturing perforations of the stomach and small intestine, cholecystectomy, appendectomy, diagnostic laparoscopy, ectopic pregnancy removal, etc., turning these services into a routine technique, helping patients reduce pain, recover quickly, save costs and time.

To continue improving his qualifications, in 2024, he will continue to study for a specialist degree II, specializing in surgery. In addition, Dr. Long also has many valuable scientific research topics, which are effectively applied to medical examination and treatment, contributing to improving the quality of healthcare .

Hunger and cold used to be a constant obsession for Vu Mi Tua, a Mong ethnic, Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell of Khia Lia village, Dong Van commune. Growing up in the mountains and forests with meals mixed with corn and cassava, Tua did not resign himself to poverty but became a typical factor in economic development in Khia Lia.

In 2017, realizing the potential of Taiwanese pears, Mr. Tua planted 1 hectare and also invested in planting 3 hectares of ginger. Thanks to meticulous care, his family's model has brought about clear economic efficiency. Each year, the ginger garden yields more than 20 tons and pears more than 3.5 tons. After deducting expenses, his family earns more than 200 million VND each year.

Not only enriching himself, Mr. Tua is also a person with foresight. He has actively promoted and mobilized people to develop the ginger and pear growing model. Up to now, this model has been replicated throughout Khia Lia village, with a total area of ginger growing up to more than 23 hectares and 5 hectares of pears.

With the mindset of transforming the potential and strengths of the locality to develop the economy, Mr. Chang A An, Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell, Head of Na Cooc Village, Binh An Commune, aims to develop a herd of cows. Initially, he invested in raising 4 pairs of cows. After many years of care, the family's herd increased to nearly 20 cows. In addition, he developed nearly 4 hectares of production forest, planted lard and acacia trees intercropped with cassava and corn, and dug ponds to raise fish for daily life and to increase income.

As Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell and Village Chief, Mr. An always works closely with the local authorities to monitor the security situation, prevent distorted arguments, and keep the village peaceful. He has visited each house to persuade people to send their children to school, to see a doctor at a medical facility, to eliminate backward customs, and to develop economic models. Up to now, the whole village has a total herd of over 250 buffaloes and cows, over 300 poultry; 100% of students in the village go to school at the right age, and for many years in a row there has been no child marriage in the village.

Typical Mong party members are spreading the spirit of daring to think, daring to do, daring to change; they have inspired the young Mong generation to rise up with their own hands and intelligence.
