Nghe An Police has a new Deputy Director on secondment to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee.

On the morning of June 20, Nghe An Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decisions of the Minister of Public Security on personnel work for comrade Pham Vu Cuong, Head of the Provincial Police Staff Office.

Attending the ceremony were comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; representatives of leaders of departments, branches, sectors, and police leaders of units and localities in the province.

At the ceremony, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, Major General Bui Quang Thanh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Provincial Police, presented the Minister's decisions to appoint the position of Deputy Director, second to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee and promote the rank from Lieutenant Colonel to Colonel for comrade Pham Vu Cuong.

On behalf of the Minister of Public Security, Major General Bui Quang Thanh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Provincial Police Department, presented the Decisions of the Minister of Public Security to comrade Pham Vu Cuong.

Speaking at the ceremony, the Provincial Police Director congratulated and highly appreciated the efforts, endeavors and achievements that Colonel Pham Vu Cuong had made in the past time. The Provincial Police Director emphasized that with the attention and recognition of the Central Public Security Party Committee, the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the leaders of the People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee and the provincial departments and branches, the Minister of Public Security decided to appoint a Deputy Director to the Nghe An Provincial Police to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee. This is a great honor, affirming the capacity, courage and intelligence of the leadership and command team of the Nghe An Provincial Police; at the same time, it is also the recognition of the Central Public Security Party Committee, the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee for the Nghe An Provincial Police in general and Colonel Pham Vu Cuong in particular.

The Director of the Provincial Police - Major General Bui Quang Thanh hopes and believes that in his new position, Colonel Pham Vu Cuong will unite with the leadership of the unit where he works to lead and direct the excellent completion of all assigned tasks. In particular, with his experience in the working process, he will have many measures and solutions to create a new breakthrough in the work of advising on the prevention and fight against corruption and negativity in the province.
