The provincial police have drastically implemented measures to prevent, respond, support and help people overcome the consequences of storm No. 10.

On the night of September 28 and early morning of September 29, 2025, due to the impact of storm No. 10 (storm Bualoi), Ninh Binh province experienced heavy rain, strong winds, and thunderstorms, causing extensive damage to people and property in the province. In this situation, the Provincial Police Director directed units and localities under the Provincial Police to synchronously and drastically deploy measures to prevent, combat, respond to, and overcome the consequences of the storm with the highest sense of responsibility, effort, and endeavor.

Functional departments and police of communes and wards have mobilized maximum forces and means, maintained a permanent number of troops at the scene, organized and guided people to strictly comply with regulations on ensuring security and order and storm prevention; supported and helped people to reinforce houses and shops, clean up fallen trees, transport household items, and property to safe places, and actively prevent drowning and unexpected accidents due to the impact of storms.
