Announcing 12 Vietnam Digital Content Creation Awards 2024

VOV.VN - The Vietnam Digital Content Creation Award 2024 (VCA 2024) was awarded to 12 organizations and individuals in 8 categories, who are outstanding individuals and units with digital content products that positively contribute to the community.

In its second year, the Vietnam Digital Content Creation Awards 2024 (VCA 2024) has made many innovations in its rules and added the category "Inspiring Digital Content Creator", selected based on the number of votes from the community, combined with the award criteria. In addition, the form of presentation has also been expanded to two categories: Outstanding Video /Short Film and Outstanding Video/Animation, opening up more opportunities for creators to participate in the competition.

Associate Professor Dr. Do Lenh Hung Tu, Chairman of the Preliminary Jury and Chairman of the Vietnam Cinema Association, said: “This year’s entries have grown in both quantity and quality. We see the creativity and passion for each topic that the authors pursue.”

Sharing the same view, Chairman of the Final Jury, Dr. Ngo Phuong Lan (Chairman of the Vietnam Cinema Promotion and Development Association) assessed that this year there were many high-quality products with widespread influence.

VCA 2024 received enthusiastic response from the animation industry when the number of applications for these categories accounted for nearly 30% of the total 300 applications. At the VCA 2024 awards ceremony held on the afternoon of September 27 in Hanoi , 12 units and individuals were honored.

This has affirmed the mission and goal of contributing to promoting the development of the digital content industry, creating inspiration to develop the community of creators, developing many Vietnamese products to reach out to the world, contributing high values ​​to the Vietnamese digital economy ”. VCA is an annual award chaired by the Vietnam Digital Communications Association (VDCA), managed by the Vietnam Digital Content Creation Alliance (DCCA). The first time the program took place was in 2023.
