Announcement of the decision to approve and appoint officials of Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company

The Party Committee of Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group and Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company ( BSR ) have just held a ceremony to announce and present the Decision on approval and appointment of officials.

BSR Board of Directors handed over decisions on appointing new Chairman of the Board of Directors Bui Ngoc Duong and new General Director of BSR Nguyen Viet Thang.

Attending the appointment ceremony, on the side of Quang Ngai province were Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Bui Thi Quynh Van; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hoang Giang and representatives of leaders of departments, branches, and leaders of Binh Son district. On the side of the Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group, there were Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Members of the Group Le Manh Hung; Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director of the Group Le Ngoc Son; Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Group Tran Quang Dung and members of the Board of Members, Board of Directors of the Group. After reviewing the personnel work process and evaluating the staff, the Party Committee of the Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group issued decisions approving the positions of Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of BSR Company for the 2020-2025 term. Specifically, Mr. Bui Ngoc Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the Board of Directors, General Director of the Company holds the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of BSR Company for the 2020-2025 term, adding Mr. Nguyen Viet Thang - Member of the Party Executive Committee, Deputy General Director of the Company to join the Party Committee Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the BSR Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term. BSR Board of Directors issued Resolution No. 4678/NQ-BSR appointing Mr. Bui Ngoc Duong - Member of the Board of Directors, General Director of BSR to hold the position of Chairman of BSR Board of Directors. At the same time, BSR Board of Directors issued Decision No. 4688/QD-BSR appointing Mr. Nguyen Viet Thang - Deputy General Director of BSR to hold the position of General Director of BSR.
