Accordingly, on the night of September 26, in Thong Nhat hamlet, Chien Thang village, Tan Ha Lam Ha commune, a landslide occurred at the roadside and concrete yard next to Mr. Le Van Viet's house. The landslide was 10m wide and 20m long.

Initial assessment, the cause of the landslide was due to a large pond above Mr. Viet's house and prolonged heavy rains that destroyed the soil structure of the slope causing the landslide. At the same time, through inspection of the area around this household, another crack was discovered about 40m away from the landslide.

At the same time, direct forces to implement plans to respond to heavy rain in the area, urgently arrange forces to help people focus on overcoming the consequences; clean up and evacuate people and property to a safe place.

The People's Committee of Tan Ha Lam Ha Commune supported Mr. Le Van Viet's family to move their belongings out of the landslide area to a safe place. At the same time, they arranged a safe place for Mr. Viet's family to avoid loss of life and property. On the other hand, they put up warning signs, urged people not to go through the landslide area and assigned the People's Committee of the village to monitor regularly.
