The Da Mai Ward Trade Union Congress marked a new step of development for the trade union organization after the administrative unit was reorganized towards streamlining, effectiveness and efficiency.
Da Mai Ward was established on the basis of merging Da Mai, My Do, Tan My, Song Mai wards of Bac Giang city and Que Nham commune, old Tan Yen district. The ward has a total area of over 33 km², a population of over 52 thousand people, 45 residential groups and 68 grassroots party organizations.

The Da Mai Ward Trade Union directs the activities of 28 grassroots trade unions. Immediately after coming into operation, the Ward Trade Union proactively stabilized the organization, focused on performing well the work of representing and protecting the legal and legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers. Guided 100% of grassroots trade unions to negotiate and sign collective labor agreements; coordinated the organization of dialogues at the workplace, monitored the implementation of labor laws and policies, and effectively participated in social security activities.
At the same time, launch emulation movements, promote propaganda, education , build a team of workers and civil servants with courage, skills, and industrial style, contributing to building Da Mai ward to develop sustainably in the direction of a green, synchronous, and modern urban area.

The Congress determined the goals for the 2025 - 2030 term as: Improving the capacity to represent and protect workers; building a team of workers with qualifications, skills, and industrial style; developing a strong trade union organization, contributing to building Da Mai ward increasingly rich, beautiful, and civilized.
Delegates discussed and agreed on the direction and tasks for the next term with specific targets. The Congress announced the decisions of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and Inspection Committee of the Da Mai Ward Trade Union for the first term, 2025-2030, consisting of 11 comrades; and to appoint 3 delegates to attend the 1st Bac Ninh Provincial Trade Union Congress.
Comrade Bui Thi Kim Ngoc, Vice Chairman of the Ward Fatherland Front Committee, was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Da Mai Ward Trade Union, Term I.
