The workshop took place in a positive atmosphere with a spirit of frank exchange, case studies closely following the unit's reality, continuous criticism - summary - standardization. The trainees took turns sharing topics that have a direct impact on operational efficiency: standardizing shared data, automating inter-departmental processes, measuring internal user experience, and improving digital skills by role. Each individual proposed an initiative with owners, roadmap, resources and evaluation indicators.
At the workshop, Mr. Pham Van Hung - Deputy General Director of PTSC praised the spirit of learning and discipline of the trainees; at the same time, emphasized the requirement to turn awareness into action, linking digital transformation with productivity, service quality and competitiveness. Leaders of units were asked to firmly adhere to the motto "substance - discipline - perseverance", closely coordinate to apply knowledge from the workshop into daily work.
At the end of the workshop, 85 students were awarded certificates of completionby FPT Digital, recognizing their serious learning efforts and ability to apply knowledge into practice. This achievement marks an important first step in the journey of comprehensive digital transformation at PTSC.
Building on the achievements, PTSC will continue to expand role-based training, promote data & process standardization, implement fast-impact initiatives, operate efficiently, maintain continuous improvement and evaluate input-output capabilities.
