On the afternoon of October 14, Hanoi City Police had information about a case related to violations occurring at NextTech Group Joint Stock Company, chaired by Mr. Nguyen Hoa Binh (44 years old, also known as Shark Binh) and a number of related companies.
Based on the investigation documents, Hanoi City Police have decided to prosecute the case and prosecute Nguyen Hoa Binh and 9 other subjects for the crimes of Fraudulent appropriation of property and Violation of accounting regulations causing serious consequences.
Violations causing serious consequences at NextLand
In this case, in addition to the fraud and property appropriation related to the Antex digital currency project, Hanoi City Police also identified serious violations of accounting regulations at NextLand Real Estate Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company.
Accordingly, expanding the investigation of the case, Hanoi City Police discovered that in 2022, Nguyen Hoa Binh directed the establishment of NextLand Real Estate Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company, then assigned Doan Van Tuan and Nguyen Ha Thuy as director and legal representative, respectively.
Mr. Binh assigned Nguyen Thi Thanh Huong, Tran Thi Thuy Van, Nguyen Ha Thuy Doan Van Tuan to use two accounting systems to monitor the company's financial activities and directed employees to reduce profits and conceal revenue by lowering the selling price on sales contracts with customers (the actual selling price and revenue were monitored on internal books), causing especially large losses to the State budget.

According to the National Business Registration Information Portal, NextLand Real Estate Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company was established in February 2021, with the same headquarters as NextTech Group.
The main business is real estate, land use rights owned, used or rented.
NextLand Real Estate registered charter capital at the time of establishment as 20 billion VND, Mr. Nguyen Hoa Binh holds the position of Director and legal representative.
In 2022, NextLand increased its capital twice in a row, bringing its charter capital to 150 billion VND. In 2024, the company's charter capital suddenly decreased sharply. This year, the director and legal representative of Nextland also changed the name to Ms. Nguyen Ha Thuy.
By 2025, NextLand will continue to reduce its charter capital to VND73 billion. Currently, Mr. Dao Manh Dung holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of this enterprise.

Along with NextLand, in 2023, NextTech's charter capital will also decrease sharply from VND 500 billion to more than VND 4.2 billion.
Another link is the Payment Gateway Joint Stock Company Ngan Luong, which also had significant fluctuations in its charter capital. In early 2024, this enterprise reduced its capital by more than 85%, leaving about 52.7 billion VND.
