With the participation of 45 youth union members from 03 affiliated youth union branches, the congress was honored to welcome comrades representing the Standing Committee of the superior Youth Union, comrades representing the Party Committee, Trade Union, Veterans Association of the Company and comrades representing the grassroots Youth Union of the units. At the congress, the presidium reported the results of the youth union work and youth movement in the period of 2022 - 2025 and the direction and tasks for the term 2025 - 2030. Looking back over the past 3 years with many challenges and opportunities, the Youth Union of the Petroleum Service Port Company has strived with organizations and unions in the Company to successfully complete the assigned tasks, build and maintain the activities of a strong grassroots Youth Union. Youth movements and youth union work in the Company have been actively and effectively implemented and achieved many encouraging results. Each youth union member constantly strives to practice, improve knowledge, be proactive and volunteer in all fields. Therefore, the Youth Union is always the core force trusted and supported by the Party Committee, Board of Directors and employees in the Company. However, in addition to the achievements, the Youth Union of the Port Company also frankly acknowledged the existing limitations, seriously reviewed, clarified the causes and drew lessons. The advantages and limitations identified are the basis for the new term Executive Committee to develop specific and practical goals, directions, tasks and action programs for the Youth Union's work and youth movement in the coming time.
At the congress, many opinions with positive suggestions, going into reality, contributing to the development of the Youth Union's activities were proposed and discussed by the union members. The congress was also honored to listen to the guidance and evaluation of comrade Tran Hai Phuong - Secretary of the Corporation's Youth Union and comrade Nguyen Viet Dat - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director, Chairman of the Company's Trade Union on the activities and movements of the Company's youth union. With the remarkable achievements of the Port Company's Youth Union in the past time and seriously recognizing the limitations that need to be overcome, the leaders hope that the Company's youth union members will further promote their responsibility and pioneering role in the Youth Union movements in particular and collective work in general.
With high consensus, democratic and valid election, the Congress elected 01 Secretary and 6 comrades in the Executive Committee for the new term, with sufficient capacity and qualities to lead the union work and youth movement of the Company's grassroots Union, and elected a delegation to attend the Congress of the Union at a higher level. After a period of active, urgent and responsible work, the Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Petroleum Service Port Company was successfully held. Hopefully, with the goals and plans set out in the new term, the Company's Youth Union will continue to promote its strengths to always be a strong union.
