Emulation Cluster No. 1 of the Supreme People's Procuracy summarizes emulation and reward work in 2025

On the afternoon of September 29, at the headquarters of the People's Procuracy of Tuyen Quang province, Emulation Cluster No. 1 of the Supreme People's Procuracy held a conference to summarize emulation and reward work in 2025. Attending the conference were comrade Le Duc Son, Deputy Chief of the Office of the Supreme People's Procuracy; leaders of the People's Procuracies of the provinces in the emulation cluster.

Emulation cluster No. 1 of the Supreme People's Procuracy includes 6 provinces: Tuyen Quang, Lai Chau, Dien Bien, Cao Bang , Son La, Lao Cai.

In 2025, units in the Emulation Cluster No. 1 of the Supreme People's Procuracy united and enthusiastically competed to excellently complete assigned targets and tasks, including practicing the right to prosecute and supervise the handling of 4,450 denunciations and reports of crimes, resolving 3,761 reports (reaching 84.5%). Practicing the right to prosecute and supervise the investigation of 6,803 cases/10,783 defendants, the two-level investigation agencies resolved 5,126 cases/8,214 defendants (reaching 75.3%); directly participating in investigation activities, taking statements over 4,100 times, issuing 6,151 investigation requests...

The units practicing the right to prosecute in the prosecution phase resolved 5,343 cases/8,725 defendants (reaching 99.5%). All cases were strictly supervised, there was no case of suspension of investigation because the defendant did not commit a crime or suspension of criminal liability against the law; the leaders of the People's Procuracy at two levels directly participated in the trial of over 440 cases, organized over 500 trial sessions to gain experience. The work of supervising the settlement of administrative cases, commercial business cases, labor cases and other matters according to the law was nearly 500 cases, supervising 100% of the decisions on execution of judgments.

In the coming time, units in the Emulation Cluster will continue to disseminate and thoroughly implement Directive No. 34-CT/TW of the Politburo and Resolution No. 109-NQ/BCSĐ of the Party Committee of the Supreme People's Procuracy on leadership of emulation and commendation work; promote the proactive and creative role in innovating working methods, fostering and replicating advanced models , good people and good deeds; apply information technology and digital transformation in emulation and commendation work; organize activities towards the 66th anniversary of the establishment of the industry and the traditional Sports Festival to celebrate the founding day of the People's Procuracy (July 26, 1960 - July 26, 2026).

On this occasion, the Conference reviewed and proposed to award the "Emulation Flag of the People's Procuracy" to the People's Procuracy of Tuyen Quang province; hand over the task of Head of Emulation Cluster No. 1 of the Supreme People's Procuracy in 2026 to the People's Procuracy of Lai Chau province.
