Various activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2

(CT) - The Trung Nhat Ward Youth Union, Can Tho City, has just coordinated with the Front Work Committee and the Thanh Loc 1 Youth Union to launch the "National Flag Road" project on Provincial Road 921. The road is 700m long, with 24 national flag poles, with a total value of nearly 13 million VND. The project contributes to creating urban beauty and arousing patriotism and national pride of the young generation.

To celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), in August 2025, Trung Nhat Ward Youth Union organized many meaningful activities, such as: the flag-raising ceremony "I love my Fatherland", "Green Sunday" with environmental protection activities.

Tan Binh Commune Union launched many projects and tasks to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, such as: launching the "Youth Nursery" model (planting 2,000 peony trees and other flowers to build a beautiful road model); the "Bamboo Ecological Embankment" model in Tan Quoi Hamlet and clearing bushes and collecting garbage on the road in Thanh My C Hamlet...

According to the Can Tho City Youth Union, in August 2025, 100% of the youth union organizations will organize at least one activity to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2. Youth union organizations will organize a variety of activities such as returning to the source and political activities at historical sites; launching the "National Flag Road" project, bright - green - clean - beautiful roads, and many activities for social security.
