The storm continues to move rapidly in a west-northwest direction at a speed of 25km/h and is likely to strengthen.
Due to the storm's influence, from the evening of September 26, the sea area east of the northern and central East Sea will have winds of level 6-7, then increasing to level 8-9; the area near the storm's center will have strong winds of level 10-12, gusting to level 15, waves 5-7m high, and rough seas. Ships operating in the danger zone may be affected by storms, whirlwinds, strong winds, and large waves.
On land from Ha Tinh to Da Nang , there is a possibility of heavy rain from September 27 to 28; on September 29, the rain will gradually decrease.
The Northern region and Thanh Hoa and Nghe An provinces will have moderate to heavy rain, with some places experiencing very heavy rain on the night of September 26; on September 27 there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some places experiencing heavy to very heavy rain; from the night of September 28 to September 30 there is a possibility of heavy rain.
