Da Nang auctions series of land plots to build shopping malls and parking lots

The People's Committee of Da Nang City has just issued decisions on land use rights auctions and approved plans for land use rights auctions for land plots to build commercial centers, offices for lease and parking lots.

Specifically, Da Nang City auctioned the land use rights of land plot A1-14 Area C - Residential area Nam Cam Le bridge (Hoa Xuan ward, Cam Le district).

This land has an area of over 4,200 m2, has completed site clearance and technical infrastructure.

*Land plot 51A Ly Tu Trong (Hai Chau district), with an area of 892 square meters, is being auctioned this time.*

The purpose of land use is to build a Trade Center and Office for rent. The total estimated investment of the project is more than 269 billion VND.

The land lessee pays a one-time fee for the entire rental period. The expected revenue from land rental is about 58 billion VND.

The People's Committee of Da Nang City also auctioned the land use rights of plot A2-1 of Tho Quang Aquatic Service Industrial Park (Son Tra district).

The land area of nearly 2,200 square meters has completed site clearance and technical infrastructure.

The purpose of land use is to build an office building for lease. The total estimated investment capital of the project is more than 168 billion VND.

The land lessee pays a one-time fee for the entire rental period. The estimated revenue from land rental is about 63.5 billion VND.

The land use term for the above projects is 50 years from the date of issuance of the decision recognizing the results of the land use rights auction.

In addition, the People's Committee of Da Nang City also auctioned the land use rights of the land plot 51A Ly Tu Trong (Hai Chau district), with an area of 892 square meters.

The land has completed site clearance and technical infrastructure.

The purpose of land use is to build a parking lot. The project investment capital is about 56 billion VND.

The land use term is 50 years from the date of the decision to recognize the auction results of land use rights. The lessee pays annually, with the expected revenue of nearly 109 million VND/year.
