Da Nang is about to auction 20 surplus public cars.

On August 20, Mr. Tran Thu, Deputy Director of the Department of Finance of Da Nang City , announced the selection of National Auction Joint Stock Company No. 5 to organize the auction of 20/39 surplus cars for general work.

There are 2 units participating in the "competition" to organize the auction of the above assets. During the scoring process, the capacity, experience and reputation of Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 - National were rated higher than Da Nang Asset Auction Center, so they were selected.

The 20 cars to be auctioned are surplus public service cars recovered under Decision No. 1263/QD-UBND. The starting price approved by the People's Committee of Da Nang City in mid-July is more than 2.5 billion VND.

It is known that these 20 surplus public cars will be auctioned as a whole lot, not individually. The public cars auctioned by Da Nang City do not have any cars worth billions. All the cars are old models.
