The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has just issued Official Dispatch No. 5081/BVHTTDL - VP to the Department of Press; Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information; Department of Grassroots Information and Foreign Information; Department of Publishing, Printing and Distribution; Department of Culture of Vietnamese Ethnic Groups; Department of Copyright; Department of Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibition on inspecting the Ministry's administrative reform work in 2025.

Implementing Decision No. 1381/QD-BVHTTDL dated May 15, 2025 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism promulgating the 2025 Plan of the Steering Committee of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on science and technology development, innovation, digital transformation, administrative reform and Project 06, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized an Inspection Team for the Ministry's administrative reform work in 2025.

The inspection of administrative reform work is carried out to objectively and comprehensively assess the implementation of the administrative reform plan for the period 2021 - 2025 in general, the Administrative Reform Plan for 2025, the directives and decisions of the Minister in the past time; thereby correctly assessing the current situation of direction, administration and organization of implementation of administrative reform work, control of administrative procedures, provision of online public services and one-stop shop, one-stop shop of units under the Ministry.

At the same time, discover good and creative ways to have solutions to replicate; promptly detect existing problems, difficulties or violations in the process of implementing administrative reform tasks to have solutions to overcome; record proposals and recommendations of units to direct and guide unified implementation; create new breakthroughs in administrative reform work in 2025 and the following years; Enhance the sense of responsibility, create changes in discipline and administrative discipline of leaders, staff, civil servants and public employees in implementing administrative reform; Improve the effectiveness of implementing the one-stop mechanism, inter-connected one-stop, providing online public services; electronic one-stop information system at units assigned to perform administrative procedures.

The inspection contents include: The development and implementation of administrative reform tasks; the implementation of administrative reform propaganda; The implementation of tasks assigned by the Government and the Prime Minister in 2025 (if any); The development of legal documents; monitoring of law enforcement and reviewing legal documents according to the assigned functions and tasks of the unit; The implementation of administrative procedure control at the unit according to the provisions of Decree No. 63/2010/ND-CP dated June 8, 2010 of the Government on administrative procedure control; The project to innovate the implementation of the one-stop, one-stop mechanism in handling administrative procedures; The implementation of Decree No. 45/2020/ND-CP dated April 8, 2020 of the Government on performing administrative procedures in the electronic environment; Implementation of Resolution No. 66/NQ-CP dated May 12, 2020 of the Government promulgating the Program to reduce and simplify regulations related to business activities in the period 2025 - 2026;...

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requires that the inspection activities must be in accordance with the plan, ensuring accuracy, objectivity and compliance with regulations, and not hinder the normal operations of the inspected units. The inspected units must fully prepare reports, records, documents and assign the right members to work with the Inspection Team. Through the inspection, the advantages, shortcomings and limitations that need to be overcome must be pointed out, with specific and clear conclusions on the responsibilities of relevant organizations and individuals; at the same time, propose and recommend competent authorities to direct and handle the results./.
