The plan aims to clearly define the work content, progress, completion deadline and assign specific responsibilities to each relevant agency and unit under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in organizing the implementation of the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Advertising to ensure the implementation of the Law is timely, comprehensive, unified, synchronous and effective within the scope of management of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Accordingly, in 2025 and the following years, relevant legal documents will be reviewed to implement under the management authority of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; propose and recommend amendments, supplements, replacements, abolitions or new issuance of legal documents to ensure consistency and compliance with the provisions of the Law and detailed regulations and implementation instructions. Before October 15, 2025, develop and submit to the Government for promulgation a Decree detailing a number of articles and measures to implement the Law on Advertising.
In addition, organize a conference to disseminate, propagate and popularize the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Advertising and documents detailing and guiding the implementation of the Law. Post and update the full text of the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Advertising and documents detailing and guiding the implementation of the Law on the Information Portal of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and other appropriate forms for cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and people to easily access, exploit and use; Propagate, disseminate and educate the law on advertising in various and appropriate forms; conduct propaganda on popular columns, news, articles and other forms according to the provisions of the law on dissemination and education of the law suitable for each specific subject; Organize training and professional development for human resources performing state management in the field of advertising of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
In addition, annually review and implement the state management tasks assigned in the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Advertising according to the fields within the scope of assigned tasks and powers. At the same time, organize inspections; report on the results of the implementation of the Law and legal documents detailing and guiding the implementation of the Law./.
