Da Nang requires to completely handle overdue records on the National Public Service Portal

VHO - The People's Committee of Da Nang City requested the heads of departments, branches, sectors and Chairmen of People's Committees of wards, communes and special zones to urgently review, inspect and completely handle overdue files that are currently backlogged on the National Public Service Portal.

The People's Committee of Da Nang City has just issued Official Dispatch No. 544/UBND-HCC signed by Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Ho Quang Buu, requesting departments, branches and local authorities to urgently review, inspect and completely handle overdue records currently on the National Public Service Portal.

The document emphasizes the responsibility of heads of agencies, units and localities in rectifying the work of receiving and handling administrative procedures (AP).

In particular, agencies must seriously apologize to people and businesses if there are delays, and at the same time strictly handle officials, civil servants and public employees who have harassing, negative behaviors or cause difficulties in violation of regulations in the process of handling administrative procedures.

The City People's Committee requests the Chairmen of the People's Committees of wards, communes and special zones to review, study and rearrange the reception points and return of results of administrative procedures at the Commune-level Administrative Service Centers to suit practical conditions. The arrangement must ensure convenience, easy access, and meet the increasing needs of the people.

At the same time, the City People's Committee assigned the Departments of Finance, Home Affairs, Science and Technology, according to their functions and tasks, to preside over and coordinate with the People's Committees of wards and communes to advise the City People's Committee on arranging human resources, facilities, and working equipment to meet the requirements of receiving and handling administrative procedures, especially in communes, wards, and fields with many new records and administrative procedures and tasks that have been decentralized and assigned authority to ensure improvement of service quality for the people.
