With the motto of "taking people's satisfaction as a measure of operational efficiency", in recent times, the staff serving the communal administration have regularly improved their professional qualifications, communication and behavioral skills, and have served well in receiving and handling administrative procedures.
Mr. Chang Mi Gio, Deputy Director of Thang Mo Commune Public Administration Service Center, said: “The Center currently has 4 officers and employees; each officer, civil servant, and public employee always determines to make every effort to complete their tasks, bringing the highest satisfaction to the people according to the motto "4 please, 4 always" including: hello, sorry, thank you, permission; always smile, always be gentle, always listen, always help. To create change when considering people's satisfaction as a measure of performance, the Center arranges 5 windows in different fields, with officers and civil servants directly receiving documents and guiding people and businesses when they come to do procedures. Civil servants of the commune's specialized departments also directly support, advise, and answer questions of people when they come to perform administrative procedures. The Center has fully invested in equipment such as: scanners, printers, computers, document retrieval machines, security equipment, signs, and reception guidance areas. administrative procedure fields… help people in the commune to be served better and more conveniently right at the locality”.
Satisfaction is the feeling of people when coming to do administrative procedures at the Commune Public Administration Service Center. Ms. Hau Thi Giang, Lung Vang village came to the Center to do procedures to re-issue land use right certificates, she said: "At first, I was worried because I did not know where to start the procedure, but the staff guided me through the process and the necessary paperwork. I find that registering land procedures is now very comfortable, everyone can do it themselves without having to rely on services, both saving costs and learning more about administrative procedures".
Mr. Chao Ngo Chung, Sua Chai village shared: “In the past, when applying for a job, we had to submit documents from the commune to the district, which took a lot of time and was difficult to travel; but since the Commune Public Administration Service Center started operating, our documents have been received and processed quickly. The staff are very professional and enthusiastic, I was guided carefully so I feel secure and satisfied with the innovation.”
Since its inception, the Thang Mo Commune Public Administration Service Center has received 1,598 applications, of which 1,592 were submitted online; over 98.7% of the applications were processed before and on time, with no late applications; the digitization rate reached 100%. The activities of the Thang Mo Commune Public Administration Service Center are gradually creating practical changes in the way local authorities serve the people, closer to the people, more transparent, more modern, taking people's satisfaction as a measure of work efficiency.
