Hue University has 5 new associate professors under 40 years old

Hue University has just had 21 teachers and 1 guest lecturer recognized as meeting the standards for the title of associate professor, including 5 new associate professors under 40 years old.

On December 3, Hue University held a ceremony to announce the decision and award certificates of meeting the standards for the title of associate professor in 2024 to 22 teachers and guest lecturers of the unit.

Notably, in this year's recognition of meeting the standards for the title of professor and associate professor, Hue University has 5 teachers recognized as meeting the standards for the title of associate professor before the age of 40.

These young new associate professors include: teacher Trung Hieu (37 years old, Faculty of Chemistry, University of Science ); teacher Tran Viet Long (38 years old, Head of Training Department, University of Law); teacher Dinh Quy Huong (38 years old, Faculty of Chemistry, University of Education); teacher Le Van Hoa (39 years old, Head of Faculty of Event Management and Media Technology, School of Tourism); teacher Nguyen Thanh Tung (39 years old, Faculty of Basic Science, University of Medicine and Pharmacy).

On this occasion, the Director of Hue University also presented certificates of merit to 5 new associate professors under 40 years old.

On behalf of 22 new associate professors of Hue University, speaking at the announcement ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Thanh Hung, Vice Rector of Hue University of Education, shared his pride, responsibility and dedication.

Mr. Hung is proud of his achievements today, which he has grown up in the environment of Hue University. After achieving the title of associate professor, he also sees his responsibility in teaching.

This new associate professor believes that it is necessary to change the teaching method, focusing on the application of information technology. At the same time, it is necessary to participate in scientific research projects; lead expertise related to the fields and professions that the new associate professors participate in; train and guide the next generation of young people in the school unit...
