Along with the development of the women's movement nationwide in recent years, the Dak Lak Provincial Women's Union has constantly innovated its content and methods of operation, closely following the province's political tasks and promptly grasping the needs and aspirations of its members and women of all ethnic groups in the area.

Speaking at the seminar, comrade Dinh Thi Thu Thanh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, acknowledged and commended the outstanding results of the Provincial Women's Union at all levels in the past term.
In the context of the new situation with many intertwined opportunities and challenges, comrade Dinh Thi Thu Thanh suggested that the Women's Union at all levels in the province continue to innovate the content and methods of operation of the Union in a practical and effective direction, linked to the political tasks of the locality and the requirements of operating the two-level government; strongly focus on the grassroots, focus on building a strong and united Union organization, a reliable support for women of all ethnic groups, religions, and classes of people in the province; promote the patriotic emulation movement, linked to the tasks of socio-economic development, building new rural areas, and civilized urban areas.
In addition, focus on discovering, nurturing, and replicating advanced models and examples; encourage women to participate in start-ups, innovation, digital transformation, green economic development, and circular economy. Strengthen propaganda and political and ideological education, foster women's mettle, knowledge, and skills; promote the qualities of "Confidence - Self-respect - Loyalty - Responsibility", build a model of Dak Lak women in the new era - mettle, creativity, and responsibility to family and society.

Within the framework of the program, the Provincial Women's Union commended and rewarded 50 typical advanced collectives and 81 individuals with many outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement for the period 2020 - 2025.
On this occasion, the Provincial Women's Union presented gifts to express gratitude to former leaders and officials of the Provincial Women's Union through the periods.
