Vietnamese Embassy in China welcomes Hanoi Police Club

VHO - On the morning of September 17, as part of a competition trip to China to prepare for the opening match of AFC Champions League 2 against Beijing Guoan Club, Hanoi Police Football Club was honored to be solemnly welcomed by the Vietnamese Embassy in Beijing.

The meeting was attended by Ambassador Ninh Thanh Cong - Embassy of Vietnam in China and Major General Le Duc Tuyen - Head of the Representative Office of the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam in China.

In a solemn atmosphere, the team offered incense and flowers at the statue of President Ho Chi Minh in the Embassy grounds, expressing gratitude and national pride before embarking on the journey to conquer the continental arena.

The Embassy staff warmly welcomed coach Mano Polking and his team, sending them warm feelings and valuable spiritual encouragement.

On this occasion, Hanoi Police Club presented the Embassy with jerseys and balls signed by the entire coaching staff and players, as a token of gratitude and a symbol of solidarity and friendship.

The event has special significance as it takes place in the aftermath of the 80th anniversary of the Vietnam People's Public Security Traditional Day (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).

This is not only a source of pride but also a strong motivation for the players to confidently enter the match with Beijing Guoan, affirming the bravery and spirit of the capital's football as well as Vietnamese sports on the international arena.

This is timely encouragement for the players to play better.

Notably, in this important match, the Hanoi Police Club will receive the support of nearly 700 fans who are Vietnamese expatriates living in China. That enthusiastic support will be the "fire" that adds strength to the team, continuing to write new marks on the continental arena.

The solemn reception at the Vietnamese Embassy in Beijing not only demonstrated the deep concern of the Party, State and overseas Vietnamese community for the Hanoi Police Club, but also served as a great source of encouragement, affirming the strong connection between the national spirit and the aspiration to reach international level of Vietnamese football.
