Dak Mil strives to become a fairly developed commune by 2030.

On the morning of July 30, the Dak Mil Commune Party Committee, Lam Dong province solemnly held the 1st Congress of Delegates, term 2025 - 2030.

During the past term, the Party Committee, government and people of the commune promoted the spirit of solidarity, exploited potentials and advantages, effectively used resources; focused on leadership, direction and comprehensive implementation and basically completed the 12 groups of targets set out.

The local economy continues to develop, with an average economic growth rate of 4.75%; average income per capita in 2025 is estimated at 55.3 million VND; the poverty rate has decreased to 2.57%.

The commune completed 19/19 criteria for new rural construction, with many model projects such as "flag street hamlet" and "flower street" being replicated.

Regarding the economic structure, agriculture still accounts for the main proportion, gradually transforming towards high-tech application. The commune has formed specialized areas for mango, coffee, and pepper, contributing to creating local brands.

Social security work is given attention, people's material and spiritual life is improved and enhanced. Health care, education and social security work continue to be guaranteed. National defense and security are maintained, political security is stable, no hot spots occur.

Entering the new term, Dak Mil commune aims to become a fairly developed locality by 2030, with a clear economic structure shifting towards: high-tech agriculture, processing industry, and modern trade services.

With the motto of Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Development, the Congress set out the main groups of targets such as: The average annual growth rate of total state budget revenue in the area reaches 7.5% or more; the average growth rate of total production value of key economic sectors in the period 2026 - 2030 reaches 8.1%.

The whole commune strives for an average income per capita in the area by 2030 of 66.2 million VND/person/year (1.2 times higher than in 2025); the poverty rate according to the multidimensional poverty standard by 2030 will reach below 2%.

The Party Committee strives to admit 3% or more new Party members out of the total number of Party members; every year, over 90% of Party organizations complete their tasks well or better, and 90% of Party members complete their tasks well or better...

At the same time, the commune needs to pay more attention to sustainable poverty reduction, caring for people's lives, ensuring social security, developing education and taking care of people's health.

The whole commune strengthens the application of information technology in management and administration; builds a digital government to serve the people and businesses conveniently and transparently. Localities need to pay attention to ensuring national defense and security, maintaining social order and safety; proactively grasp the situation, promptly resolve arising issues, and prevent hotspots from occurring at the grassroots level.

Comrade Huynh Ngoc Anh believes that the Party Committee, government and people of Dak Mil commune will continue to unite, act resolutely with the highest political determination, proactively grasp and take advantage of opportunities, overcome difficulties and challenges, strive to successfully implement the Resolution of the Congress, and actively contribute to the overall development of Lam Dong province.
