An Bien Commune Party Committee focuses on Party building associated with socio-economic development.

On October 8, at the conference to review the implementation of tasks in the third quarter and propose a work program for the fourth quarter of 2025, the Party Executive Committee of An Bien commune (An Giang province) agreed to propose a new development plan for 140 or more party members in the 2025 - 2030 term.

According to the plan, the Party Committee of An Bien commune focuses on cultivating party development resources from union members, association members, good farmers, excellent youth, cadres, civil servants and capable students, contributing to building an increasingly strong Party Committee.

In the third quarter of 2025, with the spirit of solidarity and efforts of the entire political system, the Party Committee of An Bien commune led the implementation of many socio-economic targets. Agricultural production in An Bien commune remained stable, the summer-autumn crop sowing area reached 4,297 hectares, the average yield was 5.8 tons/hectare, and the output was more than 24,900 tons.

The total state budget revenue of An Bien commune reached 5.95 billion VND, the total for the year was nearly 21.5 billion VND, reaching 97.73% of the target assigned by the province. Social security work was given attention, the commune created jobs for 374 workers, completed 132 houses to support people with meritorious services, with a total cost of more than 5.4 billion VND. National defense - security, social order and safety of the commune were maintained.

Speaking at the conference, the Director of the People's Procuracy of An Giang province, Nguyen Ngoc Phuc, requested the Party Committee of An Bien commune to continue to link the work of Party building and political system building with socio -economic development, national defense and security; focus on training and fostering source cadres. At the same time, promote the leadership role of the Party Committee in preventing and combating crimes and social evils, strive to build a "drug-free commune", and ensure security and order in the area.
