On March 28, the Provincial Police Party Committee held a conference to study and disseminate the 2024 Special Topic with the theme "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style on patriotic emulation, determined to successfully implement the goals of the Resolution of the 14th Provincial Party Congress".

In the 2024 Thematic Report, the Provincial Police leaders focused on clarifying and affirming that Ho Chi Minh's thought on patriotic emulation (TĐYN) is a system of viewpoints on TĐYN, formed on the basis of absorbing and creatively applying the basic viewpoints of Marxism-Leninism on emulation, socialist emulation, the role of the masses combined with the nation's tradition of patriotism and resistance to foreign invasion; along with the guidelines and practices of the Vietnamese revolutionary struggle under the leadership of the Party and President Ho Chi Minh; citing a number of specific examples in applying Ho Chi Minh's thought on TĐYN in the People's Public Security, specifically the results of organizing the emulation movement for national security in the past time.

At the same time, it is necessary to continue to propose specific and practical contents and measures to further improve the quality and effectiveness of organizing emulation movements, determined to successfully implement the goals and tasks of the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term, in order to make an important contribution to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 14th Provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term. Thereby, contributing to creating a change in awareness and ideology and strengthening the leadership of Party committees and leaders of the Public Security at all levels, promoting the role and responsibility of leaders in organizing and implementing, making the emulation movement truly become a self-awareness, responsibility and a regular activity of officers and soldiers of the entire Provincial Public Security force, creating a spreading force to society, contributing to the general revolutionary movement of both politics and all classes of people to successfully carry out assigned political tasks.

2024 is identified as the year of "acceleration", which is very important in completing the goals and tasks of Party Committees at all levels for the 2020-2025 term; Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, in the context of the world , regional and domestic situation with many advantages, difficulties and challenges intertwined.
