On this occasion, the National Assembly Chairman and Yen Bai Provincial Party Secretary witnessed the Chairman of the National Assembly's Ethnic Council Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam presenting a symbolic plaque of 300 million VND mobilized from socialized sources (Agribank) to ethnic minority households in difficult circumstances in the province.

* On the same afternoon, National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue and the Central Working Delegation visited and extended New Year greetings to officers and soldiers of Air Force Regiment 921, Division 371, Air Defense - Air Force Service on the occasion of the New Year of Giap Thin 2024 and the 60th anniversary of the Regiment's tradition (February 3, 1964 - February 3, 2024).

* In the evening of the same day, in Yen Bai city, on the occasion of welcoming the New Year of Giap Thin, commemorating the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2024), National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue and the Central Working Delegation visited and extended New Year greetings to the Party Committee, government, people and armed forces of Yen Bai province.
