Ms. Phung Thi Hong Ha - Permanent Vice Chairwoman of Hanoi People's Council;

Mr. Pham Qui Tien - Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Council;

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh - Head of the Culture - Social Committee of Hanoi People's Council;

Taking a vote of confidence is an important supervisory activity, carried out in accordance with Regulation No. 96-QD/TW dated February 2, 2023 of the Politburo "on taking a vote of confidence for leadership and management positions and titles in the political system" and Resolution No. 96/2023/QH15 of the National Assembly "on taking a vote of confidence, voting for confidence in people holding positions elected or approved by the National Assembly or People's Council".

Previously, in his opening speech at the 14th session of the Hanoi People's Council, term XVI, Chairman of the City People's Council Nguyen Ngoc Tuan said that, based on the Resolutions of the National Assembly and the guidance of the National Assembly Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the City People's Council issued a plan and implemented steps to ensure strict compliance with procedures and regulations.

Based on the report of the person who is being voted for, sent to each delegate of the City People's Council; through the opinions and recommendations of voters and the practice of monitoring and supervision, the delegates promote the spirit of responsibility, evaluate impartially, objectively and accurately in voting for the positions elected by the City People's Council .
