On September 11, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 1959/QD-TTg on ranking special national relics (phase 18, 2025) for 4 relics.

Among these are 2 relics of Ninh Binh province including: Tam Chuc Scenic and Archaeological Complex (Tam Chuc ward, old Ha Nam province), Co Le Pagoda Historical and Architectural Relic (Co Le commune, old Nam Dinh province).
Also ranked this time are two relics including: Historical relic of the tomb of Vice-Chancellor Nguyen Sinh Sac (Cao Lanh ward, Dong Thap province) and Historical relic of places marking the Nghe Tinh Soviet Movement (1930-1931) in Nghe An province.
Tam Chuc scenic spot is located in Tam Chuc ward, Ninh Binh province, is an area with a tropical limestone karst landscape, with outstanding geological significance, similar to Trang An. This scenic spot also has elements representing ecological and biological processes, is the habitat of the Delacour's langur population, one of the rarest primates in the world with a population of up to more than 400 individuals.
Tam Chuc is also recognized by archaeologists as a place of residence of ancient Vietnamese people, influenced by Hoa Binh culture from 20,000 to 30,000 years ago. This area also preserves traces of the formation and development of Buddhism, especially associated with Zen Master Nguyen Minh Khong of the Ly Dynasty and Buddhist Emperor Tran Nhan Tong.

Meanwhile, Co Le Pagoda, whose Chinese name is Than Quang Tu, located in Co Le commune, Ninh Binh province, was built during the Ly dynasty (12th century) associated with the merits of Saint Nguyen Minh Khong.
The temple has a special feature of unique architectural art, harmoniously combining traditional Eastern architecture with Western Gothic architecture, showing the harmony between Buddhism and Christianity.
After many events, the project is still preserved almost intact, becoming an extremely rare East-West architectural masterpiece.
With the two newly recognized relics, up to now, Ninh Binh province has 10 special national relics including: Trang An - Tam Coc - Bich Dong scenic complex (Tay Hoa Lu and Nam Hoa Lu wards); Tran Temple relic site and Pho Minh pagoda (Nam Dinh ward); Hoa Lu ancient capital relic site (Tay Hoa Lu ward); Tran Thuong temple relic site (in Tran Thuong commune); Keo Hanh Thien pagoda (in Xuan Hong commune); Long Doi Son pagoda (in Tien Son ward); Non Nuoc mountain (in Hoa Lu ward); Xam temple (in Hong Quang ward); Tam Chuc scenic spot (Tam Chuc ward) and Co Le pagoda relic site (Co Le commune).
