
Mr. Tran Duy Trinh, Director of Son La Electricity Company, said: The Company is managing and operating Son La Hydropower Plant and Huoi Quang Hydropower Plant, 9 110kV transformer stations, 3,182 distribution transformer stations, with a total of more than 11,500 km of power lines of all kinds. In the past 9 months, the Electricity industry has invested in the construction and renovation of 54 projects; over 88 km of medium voltage lines; more than 300 km of low voltage lines; 159 transformer stations. Coordinated and participated in the implementation of 13 projects under the rural electricity supply sub-project from the national grid invested by the Department of Industry and Trade; improved the quality of electricity in rural and mountainous areas, and installed and renovated 11,633 meters.
Up to now, Son La Electricity Company has completed the goal of universalizing electricity to 100% of communes, wards and 99.9% of villages, with over 99.4% of the total number of households using the national grid. In terms of business efficiency, in 9 months, commercial electricity output reached 676.99 million kWh, equal to 107.78% over the same period and 72.87% of the yearly plan. Thanks to flexible operational solutions and synchronous investment, the reliability of electricity supply is well controlled, ensuring safe power supply for over 366,400 customers and for important political events of the province.

Digital transformation is a breakthrough in the business activities of Son La Electricity Company. Currently, 100% of electricity services are provided electronically and at level 4, helping customers easily register and experience the service through the National Public Service Portal and online channels. Customer care activities are enhanced through the hotline 19006769 and online channels, promptly resolving more than 29,565 requests, with an on-time rate of over 99.7%. In particular, the Company has completely eliminated direct electricity bill collection counters, signed cooperation agreements with 8 banks and 9 intermediary organizations to collect electricity bills, creating convenience for customers. By the end of September, the rate of non-cash payment bills reached 77.83%.
