Major General Nguyen Que Lam: In recent times, the Standing Party Committee and the command of the Department of Motorcycles and Transport have always focused on leading, directing, and guiding agencies and units to carefully prepare and perform well the work of motorcycle traffic police, transportation work, and TTG; issued documents directing and guiding units to select drivers and traffic police forces with good moral qualities, professional qualifications, and experience in performing A70 and A50 tasks; and at the same time, select suitable vehicles with the best technical condition.

For specific tasks, the Department of Motorcycles and Transport directs the agency to develop training plans, driver training, vehicle painting training, artillery, and TTG; issue documents on checking the technical condition of vehicles; establish maintenance and repair stations, and field charging stations at the National Military Training Center 4; arrange technical support teams, technical supplies, and equipment to ensure during training and joint training. Proactively develop a plan for motorcycle and TTG technical support for general training, preliminary review, final rehearsal, official duties, and mobility to the unit after completing the task.

Major General Nguyen Que Lam: Thoroughly grasping and strictly implementing the directive of the Minister of National Defense , the Department of Motorcycles and Transport has guided and directed units throughout the army to select motorcycles and TTGs with suitable technical and tactical features and the best technical condition to participate in the military vehicle block as well as support and service vehicles. Mobilizing more than 900 motorcycles and TTGs to participate in the mission, of which more than 200 motorcycles and TTGs directly participate in the military vehicle block and nearly 700 support and service motorcycles.

Identifying this as a particularly important political task in 2025, the Party Committee and the Department's commanders have led and directed the synchronous and complete implementation of contents on technical work on motorbikes and transportation; directed the technical training of motorbikes, TTG, and transportation for units to complete phase 1 of training and safely move from the South to Hanoi; currently implementing phase 2 training, preparing for comprehensive training, ready for preliminary review, general rehearsal...

Proactively advise and propose to superiors to use the command vehicle model and the Flag Team vehicle used in mission A50 to perform mission A80. Advise and propose to the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense to approve the paint color of the technical equipment of the military artillery vehicle block and direct the units to implement it uniformly. Direct and guide the units to do a good job of preparation, ensuring the quantity, quality, and technical condition of the vehicles serving the mobilization of forces from the units to the 5 concentrated training clusters and the vehicles participating in training, joint training, preliminary review, general rehearsal and official tasks.

Directing units to select and train more than 500 drivers, including: ceremonial drivers, military artillery drivers, troop transport drivers, tank transport drivers and material transport drivers. Coordinate and cooperate with the Railway Transport Joint Stock Company to develop a plan to mobilize forces for parades and marches from units in the South to the North (more than 1,500 people and more than 60 tons of material); establish 8 motorcycle and motorbike technical teams to carry out technical training during training and official duty periods.

Focus on checking and inspecting the number of motorbikes participating in the mission and deploying the plan for motorbike technical support, TTG, and transportation work, ensuring that 100% of motorbikes and TTG participating are in the best technical condition. Directing units and directly organizing motorbike technical support, force mobilization work of units from the garrison position to the preliminary review, final rehearsal and official mission positions according to the plan of the Organizing Committee. Developing a plan and organizing motorbike technical support, TTG, and transportation work for joint training, preliminary review, final rehearsal and official mission. Contacting and coordinating with car companies in Hanoi to prepare motorbike technical support for units performing the mission.
