Quang Ninh delegation completes program to learn experience in developing cultural industry in Korea

During 3 days, from October 7-9, 2024, the Quang Ninh Provincial Delegation continued its working program with the leaders of Cheongju City, Chungcheongbuk Province, South Korea, on the development of cultural industry and survey and study the model of Samcheong Ward Administrative Center, Jongno District; Yongsan District Committee, Seoul Capital.

At the working program with the Cheongju city government, the city leaders introduced to the Quang Ninh province delegation an overview of the city's cultural industry development situation. Currently, Cheongju is the leading locality among 12 cities recognized as cultural cities of Korea.

The delegation of Quang Ninh province also exchanged and learned more about the policy mechanisms in the development of cultural industries, focusing on cultural industries prioritized for development, the organizational and operational apparatus of cultural industrial factories... During the program, the delegation also visited the Cultural Industrial Factory, Cheongiu Naedeok Cultural Industrial Park, and the handicraft exhibition space...

Quang Ninh province delegation worked with Cheongju city government, Chungcheongbuk province.

The Quang Ninh delegation also visited the Administrative Center (Citizen Center) of Samcheong Ward, Jongno District and the Yongsan District Committee, Seoul to learn about the combined operating model between the administrative area and the living areas of art and sports clubs, exhibition areas, etc. to serve the needs of the people.

After 5 working days, the Quang Ninh Provincial Delegation has accumulated a lot of experience and successfully completed the research program, learning experiences in developing cultural industries in Korea; participating in the Vietnam Cinema Promotion Program at the 29th Busan International Film Festival, 2024.
