Delegation of National Assembly deputies of Bac Ninh province visited the Tan Trao special national relic site

On September 8 and 9, the delegation of National Assembly deputies of Bac Ninh province led by comrade Pham Van Thinh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Bac Ninh province, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, visited Tuyen Quang province and presented funding to support the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses in the province.

Comrade Ly Thi Lan, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, presented souvenirs to the National Assembly Delegation of Bac Ninh province.

The delegation included comrades: Tran Thi Van, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, term XV; Nguyen Ty, former President of the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, National Assembly Delegate, term X of Bac Giang province; Than Van Khoa, former Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, term XIII of Bac Giang province; Tran Van Tuan, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, term XV of Bac Giang province and other members of the delegation.

The National Assembly delegation of Bac Ninh province presented funding to support the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses in the province.

On the side of Tuyen Quang province, receiving the delegation and attending the program were comrades: Ly Thi Lan, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Pham Thi Minh Xuan, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; Ma Thi Thuy, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation.

The delegation offered incense at Lan Na Nua, where Uncle Ho lived and worked from the end of May to August 1945 to direct the preparation for the General Uprising to seize power in August 1945. The delegation offered incense at Tan Trao Communal House, where on August 16 and 17, 1945, the National Congress met to approve 10 major policies of the Viet Minh, stipulate the National Flag, National Anthem and elect the Vietnam National Liberation Committee, i.e. the provisional government with leader Ho Chi Minh as President...

Also on this occasion, the delegation of National Assembly deputies of Bac Ninh province visited and offered incense at the Memorial Site of President Ho Chi Minh and revolutionary predecessors, and offered incense in memory of President Ton Duc Thang at the National Assembly Standing Committee relic site in Dong Ma village - the residence and workplace of the National Assembly Standing Committee of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam from 1952 to 1954.

Delegates listened to an introduction to the Memorial Site of President Ho Chi Minh and revolutionary predecessors.

At historical sites, the delegation expressed their respect and infinite gratitude for the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh, President Ton Duc Thang and revolutionary predecessors to the cause of national liberation. At the same time, they promised to always have faith in the Party's leadership, to follow the revolutionary path chosen by the Party and Uncle Ho; to uphold political determination, to strive to overcome all difficulties and challenges, and to excellently complete the tasks assigned by the Party and the People.

On this occasion, the delegation of National Assembly deputies of Bac Ninh province awarded 300 million VND to support the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses in the province.

The journey back to the source of the National Assembly delegation of Bac Ninh province is a practical activity towards the 80th anniversary of the first general election to elect the Vietnamese National Assembly (January 6, 1946 - January 6, 2026).
