Delegation of Tuyen Quang province offered incense at Truong Son National Martyrs Cemetery and Road 9

Continuing the working program, on July 25, the delegation of Tuyen Quang province led by comrade Ha Trung Kien, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, offered incense and flowers at the Truong Son National Martyrs' Cemetery and the National Martyrs' Cemetery on Road 9, Quang Tri province on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025).

The delegation included leaders and representatives of departments, branches, armed forces and units of the province.

In a solemn atmosphere, the delegation of Tuyen Quang province respectfully offered flowers and incense to express their deep gratitude to the heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the cause of national liberation and national reunification. Truong Son National Martyrs Cemetery is the resting place of nearly 10,300 martyrs who fought on the Truong Son - Ho Chi Minh trail, including 154 martyrs who are children of Tuyen Quang. Road 9 National Martyrs Cemetery is the resting place of more than 10,800 martyrs who fought and served on the Road 9 front, the Quang Tri battlefield and Laos during the glorious resistance war against the US to save the country.

Lighting incense at the Monument of Heroic Martyrs and the graves of martyrs who are the sons of Tuyen Quang homeland, comrade Ha Trung Kien, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and members of the provincial delegation expressed: The Party Committee, government and people of Tuyen Quang province will forever remember the merits and noble sacrifices of the heroic martyrs who sacrificed their blood and bones, devoting their entire youth to the independence of the Fatherland.
