Comrade Nguyen Manh Cuong visited outstanding artists

On the morning of July 28, comrade Nguyen Manh Cuong, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, together with representatives of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ho Chi Minh City, the Union of Literature and Arts Associations of Ho Chi Minh City, visited and presented gifts to outstanding artists: People's Artist Hung Minh, People's Artist Truong Lo and writer Xuan Phuong.

The activity aims to recognize and express gratitude for the contributions of artists in general and artists who participated in the revolution, artists who won the State Prize, Ho Chi Minh Prize, People's Artist, Meritorious Artist, who have worked and contributed to the development of literature and art in Ho Chi Minh City over the past 50 years. At the same time, it demonstrates the deep concern of the City's leaders and the City's humane and sympathetic policies towards artists; promptly encourages and motivates artists in difficult circumstances and encourages groups and individuals to carry out cultural and artistic activities well...

Visiting veteran artists who have made many contributions, comrade Nguyen Manh Cuong cared about the health and spiritual life of the artists, had friendly conversations and listened to the artists' sharing, thoughts, feelings, as well as their hopes and aspirations for their careers.
