Comrade Vang Seo Con gives Mid-Autumn gifts to children in difficult circumstances

On September 26, on the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival, comrade Vang Seo Con, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of Ha Giang 2 Ward, and leaders of the Department of Health visited and presented gifts to children in especially difficult circumstances at social protection facilities in the province.

The delegation visited and presented gifts to children being raised and cared for at the Ha Giang Social Work Center, Duong Hien Social Protection Facility, Phu Linh Commune.

At the places visited, Comrade Vang Seo Con kindly asked about the health of the children, wished them a happy and warm Mid-Autumn Festival, and shared the disadvantages of children who were unfortunately born with a physical defect or orphaned at a young age.

He wished the staff of the Center good health and happiness, and continued to care for and nurture the elderly and children in special circumstances with all their love and dedication so that the Center would always be a peaceful and warm home. He hoped that with the attention of all levels, sectors, philanthropists, and the attentive care of the staff and workers at the centers, the children would continue to strive to overcome difficulties and obstacles, grow up, and become useful citizens to society.
