Training on deploying the Education sector database for officials and teachers of 124 communes and wards

On September 26, the Department of Education and Training organized a training conference on digital transformation in deploying the education sector database for officials and teachers in communes and wards in the province. The conference aims to ensure that education sector data is deployed synchronously and effectively, serving well the education management work in communes, wards and educational institutions.

Attending the conference were leaders of the Department of Education and Training and specialized departments under the Department, officers and civil servants of the Department of Culture and Society in charge of the education sector and managers and teachers of educational institutions with information technology skills and experience in managing industry databases from 124 communes and wards in the province. Training content: Ward and commune information management; management of educational data by grade level; system administration and exploitation, management and update of facilities, schools, classrooms, teachers and students. The organization of the training course has helped to form a core team of database staff at ward and commune levels, serving as the core of technical and professional support for schools in the same area, contributing to improving data quality to modernize the education sector, helping to optimize and save human resources when operating the two-level local government model.
