Dong Nai allows more than 750 houses in Aqua City project to be traded

On November 3, the Department of Construction of Dong Nai province issued a document allowing 752 houses in part of area I and V of the Aqua City project (Long Hung commune, Bien Hoa city) to be eligible to sell future housing.

Previously, Dong Nai Department of Construction received a request for notification of the conditions of future real estate to be put into business for 752 low-rise houses in part of area I and V of Aqua City project, invested by Aqua City Company Limited.

Through inspection, these 752 houses have completed all project documents; completed construction of technical infrastructure works. Based on legal regulations, Dong Nai Department of Construction confirmed that the real estate formed in the future is qualified to be put into business.

Dong Nai Department of Construction requires investors, before signing contracts for the sale and lease-purchase of future housing for the above 752 houses, to have a commercial bank with sufficient capacity to guarantee the investor's financial obligations to customers when the investor fails to hand over the houses according to the committed schedule.
